We are the data controller for the personal data collected via this website and our own marketing. When we deliver services for clients that involve processing their customer data (e.g., email/SMS inside Omnisend), we act as a data processor under a Data Processing Addendum (available on request).

We do not run analytics or advertising pixels on this landing page.
We do not sell or share personal data.
We do not use non‑essential cookies; only strictly necessary technical cookies may load (e.g., hosting/CDN). No cookie banner is required for this configuration.
If you submit a form (now or in the future), we only use the details to respond or send what you asked for.
If our setup changes (e.g., we add analytics, ad pixels, or new forms), we’ll update this Policy.
What data we collect
We aim to collect the minimum necessary data.
1) Website/technical data (automatic)
Basic server logs and security data such as IP address, user‑agent, device/OS, pages requested, date/time, and error logs. Purpose: operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site. Legal basis: legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
2) Contact/lead data
If you complete a contact form or book a call: name, email, phone (optional), company, store URL, and your message. Purpose: respond to your inquiry and discuss services. Legal basis: contract / pre‑contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
3) Newsletter/lead magnet
If you opt in to receive emails/SMS or download a lead magnet: your contact details and your consent/opt‑in record. Purpose: send requested content and updates; manage subscriptions. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and electronic communications rules. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not intentionally collect special category data.
How we use your data
To operate and secure the website.
To respond to your messages and provide the information you requested.
To maintain necessary business records (e.g., correspondence, proposals, invoices for clients).
To comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.
We do not engage in automated decision‑making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Sharing your data
We share personal data only with trusted service providers who process it for us under contracts, such as:
website hosting/CDN and security;
email and productivity tools;
email/SMS delivery platform for newsletters/lead magnets.

Client processing (B2B services)
When we handle end‑customer data on behalf of our clients (e.g., within Omnisend), we do so as a data processor under a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) that includes appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs). Clients may request our DPA at george@mailwizards.io.
Changes to this Policy
If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
